Dog needs home ASAP.

So there is a BEAUTIFUL husky that got left at the kennel. I'm not talking one day over I mean 2 1/2 weeks over.

The people gave fake numbers or something cause we cant get ahold of them. When they dropped him off they seemed hurried to just leave him and they also said something about "so when you auction him off", when asked about it they said oh never mind.

He is a GREAT dog. Dont know if hes housetrained but he knows sit, come, his name (cash), and down. Maybe more too. He walks very well on a leash and doesnt jump up. No food aggression or dog aggression we know of.

I cant believe someone would dump this dog hes sooooo sweet!

If anyone can help or take him even to foster please contact me asap. He will be going to the ASPCA soon if no one comes for him.

He is a kennel favorite, everyone spoils him and gives him lots of love cause we feel so bad for him.

If he hasnt been taken yet by monday I will get pictures for you guys. Please if ANYONE can help please contact me! Even if hes gone from the kennel I can get the info for the aspca hes at.

He is located in North East, MD. We can try and transport him anywhere though. I'm sure some people I know would help.

Sadly it's a common practice - rather than take a dog to shelter people will drop them at boarding kennels and the vet thinking that's better as the animal won't be PTS.

Has owner called Husky rescue? They may have some candidates already screened. Of course that means your boss losing any $$s but big whoop if he gets a great home (say that cause I've been there )

Too bad on transport, wish I was closer! I could foster him no problem.

Please try to get a rescue to take him in before taking him to a shelter!!!
Contact any rescues from petfinder anywhere within a few hours drive from you to see if anyone can help. Try to make a "flyer" to email out to all the rescues, give permission to cross post and have it sent out to the email rescue network. Hopefully someone will come forward to give him a chance where he may not be afforded that opportunity at the shelter!!!

I wish him the very best!
