Is this your first dog?
How well socialized is your dog?
Have you taken opportunities throughout his life for him to learn how to properly and politely interact with outher dogs?

You should most definitely read this article on dog interactions
http://www.flyingdogpress.com/sayhishort.html

Then try and objectively assess your dogs behavior and decide if he is just being rude, or has more problematical aggression problems.
Come back with more information and we'll discuss it further.

Neutering can help in situations like this to some degree, but it is most certainly not a magic bullet. You have chosen what can be a bit of a tough breed, and training and supervision are key issues here.

So read the article to familiarize yourself with some common misconceptions regarding behavior issues, and then you will be able to elaborate more about what is going on

Getting him neutered would help, but you'll want to find a trainer who is versed dog to dog aggression.
