How sad. It makes me so sad to think what is going through a dogs mind when they get like that. "I'm hungry, why is no one feeding me"

I could have gone the rest of my life without seeing that! It makes me so very mad that there are cruel people out there that would cause such a thing. I do hope whoever is responsible ends up punished severely. I cannot believe those dogs are still alive!! I do hope whatever happens is for the best for them, they certainly deserve it.

Sooooo happy to see them doing so well now! Dogs and puppies can be so resilient! Thanks for the update!
People can be so cruel, it's nice to see people doing such wonderful things for these innocents!
