Guess the breed IX

Size

Height should be between 12 and 15 inches and Weight between 12-18 pounds depending on the sex

Temperament

Gentle, sometimes overly sensitive to noise, very smart, can be wary of strangers


Description
Head in the shape of a wedge.
Double-coated
Almond-shaped eyes - almost always dark in color
Doesn't get winter nose - in other words, black nose year round
There are three main coat colors, black, tan and one other. Some white is permissible.

I was thinking Sheltie but I think they weight more than 18 lbs.

Chi's aren't supposed to weight more than 6lbs.
