What breed, and how old? Was it always that way, or is it new?

Yep, a little more info would be helpful. Also, what is the diet that you're feeding?

No wonder. Hartz is a very bad shampoo. You might as well be using laundry detergent.

Go to a pet store and ask for a detergent and soap free shampoo. With hartz your basically stripping all oils from her skin.

Earthbath is available at most large chain stores, and is quite mild.

How much to you bath her ? It is very possible you are bathing too often. You should also loking into a skin supplement such as Flax oil capsules, salmon oil or fish oil ( not cod liver ) to help with her skin problems.

A dog does not need to bathed once a week unless they get dirty or muddy. Once a month is usually enough or you dry out the skin.
