Vomiting (Split)

My beagle is 6 years old. I got her when she was a year from Humane Society. She Vomits from time to time but eats and plays as normal. Sometimes she goes for a month or more without doing this and again it may happen every few days for a few days.I feed the amount the vet told me (Iams) no scraps and everything is up to date and sees the vet regularly for shots, etc. Is this a "Beagle thing"

If it happens on an empty stomach (like early am) and is basically yellow bile then she just needs more frequent meals. Even a small snack will do.

Beagles have pretty strong stomachs but too much stomach acid with no food to soak it up can tax even them.
