Rottie in Humane Society *** UPDATE****

I am planning a visit to my local Humane Society this weekend...I want to meet Lola the Rottie mix, she is a big girl of 98 pounds. There are quite a few black Labs I want to meet also. I realize many people will shy away from big black dogs, but I am drawn to them! I am just looking though, I don't think hubby is 100 % ready yet, but I am working on him! He wants to save a dog that has zero chance to be adopted.

Met Lola tonight. She is a little wild girl! Not full Rottie, not sure what she is mixed with but she is sweet and rolled over to let me pet her belly..good submissive sign. She knows to sit and give you her paw, but is very very active, chews on your hand when playing. I am taking Buddy in to meet her tomorrow.

She is a year and 3 months, she was an owner turn in She is in desperate need of nail trimming and who ever docked her tail did a terrible job...it is not a normal docking, they left about 3 - 4 inches.

Hope Buddy does well with her!

If he does does this mean that there will be a new dog on PD?
