Puppy with Diarea

Hey, just thought I'd come here for help.

We got this 8 week old puppy (now 9 weeks) from a rescue, and they wormed her and told us that the medicine as well as the stress may make her have diarea for the first day back, but it's been a week and it's still runny.

I'm feeding her Iams Smart Puppy Chow, and keeping her away from human food scraps, and I've been expecting it to stop being runny, I figured I try for opinions here, maybe something to try, but if it doesn't stop we're taking her to the vet asap, like monday or tuesday.

Did you change her food? You say she was wormed, but what for? Had a fecal been checked by a vet? There are parasites that the OTC "wormers" do not touch that may be causing a problem.

I would take her to the vet on Monday.

Yeah, her food was change from pedigree to iams, and i'm not sure what they wormed her for, but yeah, we figured that we'd just take her into the vet, i was just checking.

Food change can cause issues if it's not done slowly, but better be safe.

With your pup being so young, I think it is a good idea that you decided to take her to the vet. It could be so many things. Sending good vibes your way that it is just a minor tummy thing that can be resolved soon.

Send pics when you can!

Soo, we never took her into the vet, but it's all gone now, I'm guessing she finally got used to the food we switched her to. But not saying we won't take her to the vet soon, cause we will =]
but here are some pictures:
