My Lab is 5 yrs old and has started whining when he goes upstairs to bed at night-- any ideas? has started this a couple weeks ago. by the way- nice to meet you all (lol)

Hello & welcome. Is it possible he's had some sort of back, hip or leg injury that is making stair climbing difficult? Have you had his hips looked at to see if dysplasia is a possibility. My best advice is head to the vet & have him check out. Good luck.

I agree with KK9, have your vet check your dog out. It could be anything, but you won't know what thing it is until your dog sees your vet.
