Apollo and his lump.*Update*
Here is Apollo and his lump. Not a great picture but you get the idea. His appt. is at 4:40 today, wish us luck!

Dog play really rough and can sometimes get an hematoma(bruise) from another going into them,at full speed!.
Hope,it's just that!.

Poor guy. Femka has one too but the vet aspirated it to check for infection or even worse- cancer, and it was was fine. All we have to do is keep an eye on it. Hopefully it will be that little.

This is what I found:
Hematoma:Localized collection of blood that has leaked out of blood vessels; often occurs in dogs with ear infections and pendulous ears.These may appear as firm or fluid-filled NODULES of varying shapes and sizes.Needle aspirate,depending on location and size.May resolve on their own, or need drainage (e.g., on ear flap)

That would be alot better than alot of things I was thinking of. Maybe they can aspirate the fluid out, and all will be well. It is just so big, It makes me nervous with all the rough play with him and Jinx. Thanks guys. In an hour hopefully we will know for sure.
