Murphy's Oil on Ceramic Tile ?

My husband was being thoughtful and helped me clean the house on Friday, he knew I would be tired as I worked long hours this week. When I got home, he had already cleaned the bathrooms, bedrooms and half of the tile floor. I think the only thing he knows how to clean with is Murphy's Oil The part of the floor he did was actually very clean and shiny. I usually use Vinegar and water or a non toxic cleaner from the health store.

Have you ever used Murphy's Oil on ceramic tile? I want to finish the rest of the floor today.

I do not like it on tile floors. It leaves a slight tacky residue that attracts dirt. However- I love lemon juice with a little dawn, add hot water. Amazing.

I don't use oil on tile for the same reasons as BM!.
Alimel:I normally do the floor the same way you do it but never put oil!.

I am like the rest of them i wouldn't never use it on a tile floor. But it was very nice of your hubby to do that. Just don't let him know that you redone it.
Dogs are like childern but with fur.
They are my best friend and lover.
With out them i wouldn't be complete.
