Sick dog, help with symptoms? {bad news :[ }

So, my dog had what appeared to be a seizure a few weeks ago, and she was okay for a while, but things are getting worse, and I don't know if it's due to the seizure, or if she's sick, so help with symptoms would be great. {and no, i didn't take her to the vet fro the seizure, I know i should have, but please don't yell at me. i'm only 17 and my family is tight on money, but i just started working again}. After her seizure she started she weems okay, but she'd be a little spacey some days, and I thought she just wasn't feeling well, but on satruday/sunday, she started getting worse. Sunday she was breathing heavily, and dad was going to take her to the vet, but it got better, so he didn't.

But, basically the syptoms are spaceyness, not wanting to move a lot, she's not walking in a straight line, head down. She seemed to be having difficulty going to the bathroom, not interested in food, heavy breathing, and I can really feel her heart beating rather hard when I put my hand on her. Please noone flip on my, we're taking her to the vet tomorrow, but the symptoms are really scaring me and I'm scared that something is really wrong with her :[. But as I said she's going to the vet first thing in the morning, but has anyone dealth with this, or have ideas?

bambee is on a distinguished road
I strongly suggest that you bring your dog to a vet immediately. He will be the one to help you since he can personally see your dog. For the meantime you might want to read on this: http://www.woodhavenlabs.com/seizures.html

I have a foster dog who seizures and it almost sounds like a neurological condition but I am NO Vet.
When Keller has seizures, she has them and then it's over with. No lingering effects after and no warning before hand.

What kind of dog and how old is it?

She's a heeler/australian shepherd mix, and she's about 6 years old.
And yeah, we're going to the vet first thing in the morning.

Good luck at the vet's tomorrow. I really don't think that anyone's going to jump on you here. You're rightfully concerned.

It's too hard to say what's going on with her at this moment. As for the money, the vet will probably be able to put you on a payment plan if need be.

Best of luck and
please keep us posted.

So, Dad got home from the vet today, and I have to put her down in the next two days. :[ The vet said that she has a mass in her abdomen and it's either cancer or a tumor, and she has liquid in her abdomen. They said there's nothing we can do to make her better, but it was one of those conditions where once you start seeing the signs, then it's too late. And since she's refusing to eat, it would be the most humane thing to put her down before the weekend. So thanks for the advice from all of you.

OMG, I am so so sorry for you and your family and sweet dog. I am sure she knows how much you love her. There are really no words of comfort, but I will surely keep you in my thoughts.
