GSD Lovers look inside!

Meet Tuscan! He is currently at a shelter about an hour away from me. He is special needs and loves to play fetch. Then again I haven't met a GSD yet that doesn't love tennis balls...

Wow such a pretty boy! look at that eye/coat contrast, just stunning. To bad no more boys are allowed here (unless they come as pups and are promptly neutered).

Our special needs boy has neurological damage to his back legs but this does not affect his quality of life or mean he will not live his life to his fullest.
???
So, was he abused? or had an accident? or was this something thats been there? or are they trying to cover up that he has DM with nice words?

Some sad news

This shelter is at risk of closing down in the next two months. They haven't gotten a lot in donations and more people are abandoning their pets at the shelter.

This is terrible news as far as the shelter goes. These people really do try hard. They had just been granted money to build a veterinary facility behind their shelter. The facility would be a place that would offer low cost speuters.

The majority of the dogs currently there are pitties. I'm hoping they will get donations to keep open!
