high frequency deterent

I have a 4yr old male shitzu who has been acting really odd for a few days now.It seems he is hearing something down our hall way and trying to avoid the area.He keeps looking down that way.He has pee'd twice in the house.I have a neighbor who does not want anything in their yard mainly cats.My dog is fenced.Could one of these high frequency or ultra sonic pet deterent devices be causing this.Thanks.........

Hi harley, what kind of devices are you talking about? Please give an example. And I am kinda clueless about your neighbors cats. I don't know why that would make you dog pee? Was it maybe at night when everyone was asleep?

Even if your neighbors are using some sort of device...it shouldn't penetrate your house. Sorry, I can't think of anything...unless your house is haunted!

Its just strange for Harley to act this way.My neighbor doesn't have cats but they do like the birds.I am at wits end trying to figure out what is spooking my dog.Its the way that he sits and looks down our hall way and starts tilting his head like he is able to hear something. Now he just follows me around the house always at my feet. When I get home you would think he hasn't seen me for a week.I talked to my neighbor and she said she didn't have anything like that. She also said that her son's dog was over and she is in heat, but I don't think that is whats bothering him...anymore help out there and thanks to those who have replied...
