5Month Old Great Dane Puppy Left Tied To A Fence

I am sorry I have pictures of this scared boy but have no idea how to post them on here so when I figure it out I will upload them.

I was on my way to work this morning as usual when my boyfriend pulled in the driveway of my work which is at the SPCA when he slammed on the breaks almost giving me whip lash and said *** is that. I looked over and laying completely flat on the ground with his head hiding in the leaves (doing the if I cant see them then they cant see me deal) was a 5 Month old looks to be pure bred great dane puppy (greyish blue) in colour no owner around. I looked on the pole and noticed a leash and when I went to follow it down the fence so I could bring him out of the bush and tell him it was going to be ok I noticed that he wasn't attached to it. He chewed through it must of been through the night. How could someone leave a beautiful great dane puppy scared out of his mind tied to a fence all night? What was the rush that they couldn't wait until the morning to bring him into the shelter.... (Its Free to drop animals off) I hate people like this and it makes me fume red hot!!! But my boyfriend said he would of adopted him if someone didn't end up getting him before I did and bringing him into the shelter I wish he would of told me this because I would of had a 5 month old puppy at home right now but he is in good hands and being taken care of now maybe I could adopt him in the future after he passes his temperment testing etc....

Just thought I would share my success/unresponsible pet owner story with you guys....

Thanks for listening

Poor pup. Glad you found him before he got hurt or something. Would love to see pics if you figure it out.

There was no sence of them leaving him like that. I am so glad that he is now somewhere where he will be took care of. I wish him the best luck.
