Tumors?

I'm watching my brother's 1yo dauschund, Superman, for the weekend. I noticed he has two hard, round lumps on either side of his unrethra. He is nutered. I don't know how long they've been there, I only see him every so often. Should I tell my brother to take him to the vet?

Photos?
Are they on the end of his penis? On the sheath? At the base of the penis?
Doggie anatomy is so different than human that sometimes it can be confusing

Nothing to worry about, even for a neutered boy!.They usually appear when yr dog is excited or had a wet dream!!.

That's supposed to be there. Wikipedia

Quote:
The bulbus glandis (also called a knot) is an erectile tissue structure on the penis of canid mammals. During mating, the tissues swell up and cause the dogs to stick together (tie) for some time after the ejaculation.

Thank you guys! I got so used to Maggie, having a little boy around is different That makes sense that it means he's..... excited, lol, because he'd just gone after Simon and was getting in trouble for it. Phew! I'd hate to have him be sick, my brotehr just loves the little brat- or maybe I should say bratwurst...
