Omnitrol for fleas and ticks?
My vet just sent me a friendly reminder that Orson is due for his check up.
On the bottom of the reminder it is highlighted "NEW AFFORDABLE OMNITROL FOR FLEAS AND TICKS." Has anyone every tried this or heard of it? We have always used Frontline. |

Vectra replaced ProMeris. They were having a few pups with bad side effects, so they stopped making it. Vectra is good, but it's about $50 for a 3 month supply for small dogs.

Thanks Ali. From what I saw on one site they were charging something like 14.99 for XL dogs. I wonder it that goes by weight like the other flea and tick meds do. I know with 3 of mine I have to give them two applications due to their size. I wonder if this OmniTrol is used the same way.
