Babies!!
Hi everyone,
Lilly had her pups this morning. 4 girls and 1 boy!! All are happy and healthy! Will tell you all about the birth and post pics later!

Hi everyone,
Well I promised I'd tell you the birth story so I'll do that now. All day yesterday Lilly was in Early/Pre labor and I was up with her all night because I thought she'd have the pups then. She continued shivering and panting until about 9:00am and then her water broke and within an hour the 1st pup had arrived (she gave birth on my bed). Lilly was very brave and didn't cry at all as she continued to deliver the pups. She finally stopped at about 12:30. All the pups are happy and healthy and Lilly is very much the proud mama! I'm exhausted and haven't slept in 48 hours but Lilly is doing very well! The babies are a healthy size. Two are slightly smaller but I just make sure they get extra to eat. Her white coat desperately needs a wash but I'm going to leave her until tomorrow! Anyway thanks again for all your help! I'm going to add a couple of pics but they aren't the best ones so I'll post more tomorrow. They aren't as big as they look in the pictures either!! PS - Yes, Kendra you guessed right! I had no idea and got quite a surprise as more and more kept popping out!! Last edited by Blaze; 05-18-2005 at 01:50 AM.

The whelping box isn't set up yet. But, it's on my "Things-to-do-today" list.Oh yeah...they got back from their races yesterday. Jeremiah took a 1st and Brittany took a 2nd place!
