Welsh Collie/Sheepdog?

Has anyone ever heard of this breed? A while back I researched it (as much as I could) because it looks exactly like Louise. The small amounts of information I found also seemed to describe her too! I figured maybe the UK/Canada/Aussie's would know more than me, the american.

I've read things from various sources about how they have curled tails, come in sable often, can have ears semi pricked, and they are more gentle and calm then borders.. something tells me somehow Louise is a welsh collie/sheepdog.. but then again, she was found stray in the mountains of Colorado??

I've never heard of that breed either? From the pictures she looks a lot like them, except for her muzzle being longer and thinner....
