I'm glad Zues is doing well. It'll take a few days for him to be himself again...that's normal. Usually, about 10 weeks after whelping (even in Zoe's case), is when they will spay. They need to make sure that the uterus is back down and all the milk has dried up fully. Good to hear from you...it's been awhile, I thought you forgot about us!

When I got my Bernese neutered he stayed overnight, and he came home with an E-Collar and the instructions keep him calm, so of course as soon as we open the truck door out comes this 150 lb Berner, flying through the air racing around tha yard getting all the dogs going, he is the first dog i have ever had who cracked the E-Collar (ran into a tree)

Oh yeah...I remember the sexy white collars! I had a pup tear her stitches out once because she wouldn't be calm...they were the internal ones at that. Yep, gotta keep 'em calm, that's fur-sure.

Hi Jenny!!!
I am glad Zues is doing well. You'll have to get him a real butch collar so he feels more manly LOL
I am also VERY glad Zoe is doing well. I think you should sue that vet!!
Your heartache, and Zoe's, could probably have been avoided had they
done a c-section! They should have seen in the X-Ray the pup was big!!
Makes me so mad!
Kisses to Zoe, Zues & of course little man Joey!!!
