I am not familiar with this type of breed, but they sure are pretty.

Don't know much about the breed, either, but did get to spend time with one once. I loved the happy personality!! The owner couldn't keep him out of the water!!

they come in black, black and white, and a brown color I think. I LOVE newfies! I worked at a humane society for awhile and we got in a Newfie/Golden Retrieve pup in....I got really attached quickly and luckily found him a GREAT home! They are an awesome breed, gentle giants.

The last time I watched the Westminster Kennel Club show on TV the Newfie was black and white. He was absolutely georgeous!! Until then I had thought they were only solid black.
