Their very first meal!

The pups had their first meal this afternoon and went after it like they've never been fed before! And then after they had to play in it! I guess Molly knew best in not being interested in feeding them anymore...she knew they were ready for solids! I feel so bad for them afterwards...they always huddle up shivering from being wet.

Those are really great. So was the object to see who could wear the most amount of food? Do they lick it off each other? Does mommy come and clean them or is that Grandma's job?

Thats cute. Almost looks like a bed filled with food for them. I like the last picture, the black puppy is trying to eat while the other two look like they are wrestling.

They lick each other a bit, but Mom comes in and gets most of it. I start them off with the food in a tray like that and as they get older, it goes into a bowl. It's easier for them to get the food that way.
