    blow pens?

Some of my clients watched the tv show Extreme poodles and now they would like their dogs coloured.
I have used Manic panic on dogs but the colour stays in the fur for awhile and my clients want something that will wash out quicker.
I heard that Blow pens wash out in 1-2 bathes.
Is that true? I never used them before.
Where do you buy Blow pens for colouring dogs?(I'm in Canada)
What is the best brand? I heard some of the pens splatter and make a mess or they dry up before you can used them.

Blow Pens are water colour markers, so they will wash out pretty much right away if you bathe the dog, or if it rains. Some of my friends with smooth coated dogs (or #7'd dogs) just draw right on their dogs with crayola markers.

Blow Pens is a brand. It's a water colour marker, and you blow into it, and it creates an airbrush effect. You would need to use cards/stencils to block some of the brush if you are trying to shape something.

They are available in the kids/craft section of major toy stores, or large crafts stores (Michaels.)

It seems like the dye would rub off on anything they touch? Like the furniture or even your hands from petting them

no the blow pens ink wont just rub off against anything, not unless its wet. I used to use my blow pens on Misty lol or like Moo said I would draw on her with crayola marker..or I would just draw on her with the blow pen marker itself rather then blow the ink on.

I thought this thread was going to be about some sort of device for containing a dog while it was dried with a dryer. Like a playpen with a lid or something. LOL
