Any way to stop my 11 week old lab from eating rabbit poop. She loves it. Is it harmful at all?

I have no idea. That's why I didn't respond earlier. I doubt that it's a good idea to let her do it. Sometimes dogs eat stuff like that because they are lacking something in their diet usally its some sort of mineral. I used to have a dog that ate cat poop - discusting! But she eventually learned to leave it alone.

There is nothing wrong with the rabbit poop, it won't harm your dog, and it doesn't mean they are lacking in anything either, sorry about the pm bit, but she pm'd me with the question as well as posting it so I replied on the pm.
As you can see, write in and there is your answer. Dogs will eat all sorts of stuff, the only reason a lot don't is because they haven't got access to it, given the chance your pooches would do the same. Mine do. |
