Lhasa Apso with Bad Skin Allergies
Does anyone else have a Lhasa with bad skin allergies and live in Florida?
Nothing helps this poor dog but cortisone shots every 4-6 weeks. The poor thing is so uncomfortable when the cortisone wears off. Any suggestions?

They make a cortisone shampoo I think it's called corti-care. There is also another shampoo made by Vets best I think thats the name I'll get make to you if it isn't but that's a really good shampoo they also make it in a spray.

I don't have a lassa, but a close cousin, a Shih-Tzu. My Alex is 11 years old and I have had the worst time with his alergies till I found a Lassa/Tzu rescue site that had a great article on these Pups Itchies...Basically a major change in diet made all the differance in the world...no more cortazone shots for my little guy!!!
Here is the article...
