She's 6 weeks old? She really is very young. Normally the breeder should have her for another 2 weeks.

1. to get pup to come when called - have a small treat - little piece of weiners or something else she likes. Get a someone to help you if you can. Call pup's name in a high happy voice (do this sitting vs standing up) and if she comes praise "good girl". Use her name constantly when refering to her. It will take about 1 week for her to associate her name with her. So keep at it.

Well, then I hope you feel free to ask as many questions as you need on this forum.

Her name is the first step - there are lots more. Patience is the key.

Hold her and pet her and each time you stroke her, say her name. She'll learn it soon.

Normally a breeder will call puppy puppy puppy, you could try calling puppy and then her name, see if she comes, then you will know that is what the breeder did, then it is simple to just call that for a while then drop the puppy part.
