dogs ive rescued
These are some of the dogs weve opened our home too and found loving homes for!
otto the doberman he was a year old and on death row he had a "stiff leg" it couldnt bend he was a great dog i found a home for him in january and see him oftan at the dog park doby the min pin/terrior mix i still have him he was on death row no one wanted him beacuse he came from an abusive home and was very shy and timid. iv had him for 7 years now hes a love and has a serious case of "little dog syndrame" he thinks hes as big as my danes reba and sparky the shar pai/pit mixs: we found these 2 in the middle of an intersection one night some person decided to dump 6 puppies in the middle of the road sadley reba and sparky were the only ones who made it. i imediattly found a home for sparky a week later w/ a close friend but reba was with us till last month she had a head absest and she also HATED cats. once we nursed her back to health and taught her to like cats we found her a home in june taquito the doxon: a neighbor was going to take him to the pound because they were having a baby and thought he would be aggressive. taquito now lives with a family friend and her 1 year old son. taco the chiuahua mix: when we lived in georgia this little guy came up too our door he was soo skinny and had a bad case of ticks once we put weight on him and took care of the ticks we found a home for him. sadley he passed away in augast of old age These our the dogs i have saved and miss them all dearly

That is fantastic ! Do yo have any pics of these dogs ? I would LOVE to see them if you do. Keep up the excellent work. The world need more people like you, all the people that rescue dogs. It is such rewarding work.

You are soooo awesome! You have a huge heart! (and a big home for all those dogs! LOL) I wish there were more people in the world like you!

thank everyone
thanks all! otto was a black and rust dobe he was a great dog i miss him but i still see him every weekend at the dog park. i have pictures of taquito,otto,doby,reba & sparky i should be able to post them tommorow

That's great that you have saved all of those dogs and have found them new homes. Too bad more people don't do that, there would be a lot less animals without homes.

that's wonderful! we just adopted our dog from a rescue group (she's a lab/golden mix) and we are thrilled to be able to save her, so you must be over the top with all you've been able to accomplish.
