    Question +Muscle+

What is a good way to build up muscle in your dog?
Do activites like running, jumping and than a diet with protein help?
Im not talking about "serious milk muscle" just toning, anough to be seen.

I think swimming is a good muscle toner and a way to build up stamina as well... even just walking through shallow water. Not sure what else would go... Kirby has a pretty thick mucle build, not that you can see it.

Swimming is great in the summer as it also keeps them from overheating. If they are 2 years plus they can pull a sled or small cart. Even walking or hiking up hills, slopes will increase muscle mass (should be done carefully to avoid hip damage).

Daily activity with 2 or 3 sessions of more intense workouts should be all that is required to keep him fit for life

I read somewhere, I think on this forum, that cooked eggs are good for muscle tone.
