Dog with itchy rash

My dog has a bad rash on her bottom side. She scratches constantly. I've taken her to the vet a couple of times. She got shots, shampoo and pills. She also keeps getting ear infections which we had treated. She is so miserable. Is there something I can use over the counter? I can't afford to keep going to the vet but I feel so sorry for her. I've given her benadryl - the vet said she has an allergy to some kind of weed or grass.
I've shampooed her, given her her pills, but I don't know what else to do.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thankyou.

What are you feeding? It could be a seasonal allergy, since she has been to the vets i asume she has been treated for pests

I've feeding her the same thing she's always had. She's been treated for fleas and ticks and she doesn't have any of those. And she's up to date on her shots and worm prevention med.

FOR THE EARS HONEY, MIX A BOTTLE OF ALCHOLOL 16 OZ, 4 TBSP OF BORIC ACID, 16 DROPS OF VENTIAN VIOLET, SHAKE WELL AND KEEP IN FRIDGE. FILL THE CANAL AND RUB TO COUNT OF 30 REAL GOOD MESSAGE, THEN FILL AGAIN AND LET THE DOG SHAKE IT HEAD. DO THIS DAILY FOR TWO WEEKS, THEN DOWN TO ONE FILL OF CANAL, DO NOT RUB, LET THE DOG SHAKE IT OUT AND DO THIS FOR TWO WEEKS TO ONCE A MONTH. IT WORKS I HAD A BITCH WITH SUCH A MESS U WOULD NOT BELIEVE AND IT CLEARED IT UP SO QUICKLY. U WILL HAVE TO SIGN BEHIND THE COUNTER FOR THE BORIC ACID AND VIOLET.

WHAT I DO WHEN MY DOGS GET A RASH, I MIX SOME OATMEAL SHAMPOO IN A BUCKET OF WARM WATER, GET A CLEAN RAG OR CLOTH AND CLEAN THE TUMMY, PEE PEE AND LEGS REAL GOOD, THEN RINSE AND PUT SOME ALOE LOTION WE WOULD USE AND RUB IT IN GOOD APPLY FEW TIMES A DAY, IT WILL CLEAR UP

ALSO, WHAT ARE YOU FEEDING, I HAVE RESEARCHED DOG FOODS AND SOME ARE SO BAD THEY SHOULD NOT BE LETTING PIGS EAT IT LESS OUR PETS. PURINA IS THE NUMBER ONE BAD COMPANY, SCIENCE DIET IS JUNK, EUKANUBA N IAMS IS JUNK, NUTRO, ETC. WYSONG IS GOOD, CA NATURAL, INNOVA AND FROZEN RAW IS GOOD. I AM USING CHICKEN SOUP BY DIAMOND CO. TILL I CAN GET SOME SHIPPED TO ME I ALSO HAVE FLINT RIVER RANCH.

HOPE I HAVE HELPED U, KEEP THE DOG OFF ANTIBIB. VETS THROW STUFF AT US FOR THE MONEY AND IT WORSENS THINGS MANY TIMES. GIVE HER SOME PLAIN YOGURT TO BRING UP HER GOOD BACTERIA, COTTAGE CHEESE IS GOOD ALSO. GIVE A TBSP OF HONEY AS A GOOD CLEANSER AND TONIC FOR DOGS ONCE A WEEK.

AND, BABY WIPES ARE GOOD TO CLEAN THE UNDER AREAS AND HELPS TO HEAL THE PET. U CAN GET AT WAL MART CHEAP BRANDS. KEEPING HER CLEAN AND DRY WILL PROMOTE HEALING ALONG WITH ALOE LOTION. OFTEN OUR PRODUCTS ARE BETTER THAN THE VETS STRONG STUFF THAT MAKES THEM OFTEN WORSE, AT LEAST ON MY DOGS.

U COULD TRY SOME BITTER APPLE IF THE HABIT HAS DEVELOPED AND SHE IS CLEAN AND DRY. KEEPING THE AREAS CLEAN IS IMPORTANT AND MAYBE TRYING A DOG FOOD WITH NO CORN AND WHEAT IN WILL HELP??
