Can dogs have hemmorhiods?

This has never been a major concern for me since it doesnt seem to bother her.
BUT. my dog when she goes to poop her umm.. i dont know if u can say it without it being blocked. but her "hole pokes out" about i dunno an inch or so when she does her business. and. you can see a veeeeeeery small amount of red. its not blood or anything. it always happens. and she goes potty just fine. but it goes out so far and its so noticable. that my ex and i used to tell eachother "oh!! her bootys poking we have to walk her" or "oh its about booty poking time we should walk her". soooooo
is it possible? and does it sound like she does?

My little girl Millie the Bagel (beagle/bassett) has the same ummm "issue." She was a stubborn housetrainer so we watched her very carefully when she went outside so we could be ready to praise her. Anyways, her bottom does this also so we knew exactly when to say the comand "get busy" when we were training her to go on command It still is a little disturbing.
