Angry Libbys Pad

Last night I went over to a friends house for a BBQ and brought Libby along to play with my friends two dogs. There's a big stump in the backyard that one of my friends dogs tried to climb up, and Libby followed. She didn't make it up, but my friend noticed that she was licking her pad a whole bunch. We looked at it and part of her pad and come up. (It still grosses me out to think about it) Anyway, I let her run around a bit, hoping it would come off, and it did, but I don't know if it will hurt her in the future. She won't let me touch it, but it doesn't seem to be bothering her...she's not limping or anything. Should I be worried?!

Also, Libby got a cut on her ear as well, I think one of my friends dogs nipped her while they were wrestling. I cleaned it off, but I'm still worried...is there anything I can do about it?

Ariel had that too. She chewed or wore the little flap off. I would just clean it and put some antibaterial cream on it. Watch it for signs of infection. Same with the ear.
