Lightbulb I Solved the Case

I figured it out.

Cody is a short haired dog (German Shepherd) and his left eye is always "ugh"

I was looking at it closely and you know how dogs have no hair around thier eyes.

Well Cody has these hairs that grow right up in his eye and touch his eye and it irrates it and causes his eye to be all nasty. its wierd, the hairs arent loose they are..there...

Ive notticed how the hairs are there, but it seems like his eyeline is swollen and flips in towards his eye, causing the hairs to be right up against his eyes and it looks like they are plastered on his eyeball.

So thats why his eye is all nasty.

Now to figure out how to correct it.

Ok you know how dogs, they have skin around there eyes....on his left eye, the hairs grow up instead of not growing there, and since they grow up they bother his eye.

Yes..but for how much?

So basically on half of his left eye...he has no eye line the hair just grows right there.
Ok I hope I explained it good.

oh, his eyeline is missing? It sounded like you were talking about an ingrown eyelid. I guess this is different. I don't know what you can do.
