After mating two dogs I have pre wormed them and fed them high protein food and make them ready for being pregnant. I maybe pamper my ******* more than should be but after all they did not ask to be bred, natural instincts told them to stand for the stud dog most willingly not knowing for sure what is going to occur with their futures? So, I place their lives in my hands personally feeding them well, providing a most pampered life, I do NOT breed a bitch unless I have people on a WAIT LIST asking for puppies from a certain girl.

Otherwise I would NOT be breeding much but I have a huge wait list for healthy fun lovn puppies with a waranty, micro chipped by me and vetted, wormed every 2 wks. and a straight parvo given by me. Remember folks I had horse for some 35 years of showing, breeding, training, and loving this great animal as well as dogs. So I know when a mare was ready to stand for a stud it might of been midnight i awoke my 2 girls to help me get her bred for a customer.

So prepare a bitch for breeding, feed her well high protein good kibble, lot of fresh water and wait. God love her she will produce if done right and make u a few bucks in the end results. Love your pets be it for breeding or just spayed, neutered pets they still require love and attention and mine get plenty of it. I would NEVER just use my dogs. It is highly unlikely any good Breeder does, but I am breeding the STANDARD FROM THE SV OF SIZE, WEIGHT, AND CONFORMATION OF.

sulfer:

I apologize for getting carried away and NOT responding to your question.
I would NOT give my ******* anything, not even worm them after a first tie for puppies to be.
Just my personal opinion, no drug nor anything I want to jeperodize my plans. spelling might be wrong I am an old lady just hanging in there with knowledge that I have been there, done that. and I have learned many things the hard way. I use www.springtime. com/live of Bug Off and Joint Guard for fleas and to promote healthy joints, bones and ligaments.
Pat www.vomschreknhaus.com my site read about dog foods, ugh

Barnjess, I've tried to look it up for you... Did find some research, I did learn that it's safe to rub sulphur on the bottom of a pregnant camel's foot. LOL.

Ok, I don't know if this answers your question or not... it was all I could find.

Feeding beef livers during a brood ******* pregnancy is an excellent source of minerals. It contains large amounts of sulphur and iron, and if fed raw, it also provides folic acid.

Bananas, apples and carrots are also good for pregnant *******....[Lists nutrients & minerals in fruit and other foods]

Barn, was this given to you by your vet for this? I've heard of sulphur being used to treat infections but never itchy eyes.

Do you think it might be related to the hormonal changes of late pregnacy? or allergic

Ok, do you have a certain brand of it... Does the company have a website or a number you can call?

Nope not from a vet it was just recomended to me for her, a friend got it from a dog book, but it doesnt say if safe in pregnansy, it says its good for dogs suffering from itching on the eyes and mussle, which is what she has got. I think it is a seasonal allergy that has excellerated through pregnancy

Barn.. this is a site that referenced sulphur for the treatment of skin conditions in horses. From what I read, I would avoid this unless specifically prescribed by your vet.

This is a website that sells the cream and they call it a miracle cure for mange.
