Exclamation Help

ok one of the dogs at my work has this like thing on her bottom its bloody and pusy looking one of the girls thinks it could be cancer she was took to the vet and they put her on some medication but its seems to be getting worse what do yall think it is she has been whiney lately and hasnt been her normal self

Well if under a vets care, he/she should know and run a biopsy on it for sure and do some blood work also.

How can anybody guess cancer could just be a pulp of sorts, Cycts of some kind, cancer can only be detected with special xrays, tests, blood work. Please do not get discouraged because of this, it might be something simple. The vet should know what to do next.

well he hasnt been told that its getting worse yet we just noticed today but its looks really bad its not a normal of course its like a lump like tumor looking

Take her back to the vet then. And a lump has to be biopsied in order to determine whether or not it is malignant or not. You can't go by looks alone.

What kind of meds is she on? How long ago was the lump noticed? Has it changed in shape, size, feeling (hard or soft?)?

well the owner of the dog i think still needs to be notified cause we have been nervous about telling her because she is really attached to the dog but i think we are gonna ler her know tomorrow so that she can take her to the vet but yeah the size of the lump got a lot bigger and a lot more puss and blood
