dirtydogdepot is on a distinguished road
I have a suggestion for the shedding problem...... try a FURminator !!! I LOVE mine !!!! Only for double coated breeds, though..... in my shop, I bathe, HV dry, use the FURminator...... AMAZING results !!!!!! you could build a whole extra dog out of the undercoat you remove !!!!!! I wouldn't be without it... plus in my area, I charge an extra $20 to FURminate, and have been told by customers that they'd pay twice that now that they've seen the results !! www.furmintor.com or QVC sells them cheaper...

We have a 'thing' with a similar blade, it is called a stripping knife (sounds frightening!), my dog has a short coat (like a boxer) and it works great! Not quite as well as is shown on some of the Furminator pics though!!!

Talking

If you get one of those Furminators put a vacuum where you can reach it. Cuts down a lot on flying hair.

I have a question about this. my dog is a shephard/terrier mix and she sheds like crazy. would this be ok to use on her?

is it just a regular brush or is it like a clipper/brush combo?

im full of questions on this. i saw this when it was first made but didnt ask hoping someone else would

Does it hurt the dog; is it yanking out the hair? Cali is a Pomeranian. I think she would be termed a double coated breed. She sheds like crazy!!

How much are they? I couldn't tell by the website if the places they refer you to is to get your dog groomed there or to buy them there or both.

i ended up buying one of these

QVC has it the cheapest, although Amazon carries it as well - if you need to buy other stuff you might be able to combine items and save on shipping.

so far, it works fine, but i'm not getting as much hair as it shows in the video. also, Faith's not anymore thrilled with this than she was with her other brush. and it has pulled her hair a bit if she has any snarls, which she hates.
