I rarely bathe Faith, because it takes 5 hours to first lightly brush her to get any mats out, then wet all the hair, then I use a foaming shampoo. Then i have to use large amounts of conditioner, let it sit, and rinse. I rinse like ten times because it is SOOO hard to get all of the shampoo out of her long hair. Then, it takes forever to blow dry that coat. Once I have that all done, then i have to brush the entire coat out with an undercoat rake. I spray her with a protien finish, wait 15 minutes, then slicker the whole dog, using a comb for the delicate areas.

He goes to a professional groomer every 3 months, I usually bathe every month in betweeb, but it depends on the time of year, his activity level. In the summer, it's every 2 weeks. It doesn't take long to wash. I comb for about 15 minutes, and then 20-30 minutes for the actual bath part. The long part is the drying.

We're bathing Alfie about weekly now because he still has accidents in his crate and tends to start smelling like pee. Don't fancy pee smell. It only takes us about 30 min- and hour. But, he's still young, I'm sure as he gets older it will turn into more of a process. I'll savor the shortness while it lasts.

to bath my male it takes half an hour, and then i groom him for 20min.
It takes almost one hour to bath my female, and then it takes about one hour to groom her!

I bath Lilly every 4 weeks but sometimes sooner. It only takes about 20 minutes for the actual bath then about an hour for drying depending on which one I use, if I use the normal one I brush out her fur at the same time and that's quicker. But sometimes I'll use a dog hair dryer and that only takes about 7 minutes although Lilly hates it!
She also gets professionally groomed every 6 weeks.

Well it depends on the weather, we usually bath Ninka every two weeks, Harry every three months or a really goodbath before winter.

actually i don't bath all that often, because i read somwhere where if you bathe to often you destroy natural oils in their coats. I put down every 3 months but i don't really have a schedule most of the time it is when ever they need it
