Heres Lassie. LittleTexas' dog Harry has more of a thicker coat though, which is nice.
Theres Soo many collies Im not even sure if this is what im talking about!!!!!....let me go get a picture of LittleTexas' dog LOL

If I remember right the first Lassie's name was Pal a sable and white Rough Collie

Ok so it is a RoughCollie.....but RoughCollies on here, her brother has one but its coat isnt as thick and full.
These collies confuse me-

I think you will find it is a rough coat collie. I just looked it up on a dog website.

That is kinda a smooth coated collie compared to one I once owned when I lived in Ohio now in Pa. for death do us part. lol.
There are many Lassie's some male and female, so do not try and find the original as they were doubled constantly. Forget about finding a TRUE Lassie, has been too many trained by a guys last name of Wax I believe. I remember of sitting by the radio, no T.V then and listening to LASSIEEEEEEEEEEEEEE calls, then watched on T.V. and read by a book many TED something trained many to be onside camera work. Gottta run Steeler pre game is on I am a SpOrts Freak. Sorry..........
