Litterbox Treats.. LOL

Since I have taken in this stray kitty.. there's now a litterbox in the house.

I'm amazed at how quickly cats learn how to use these little things.

(Don't worry Dax, I'm not keeping the cat.. but our local shelter is not accepting any stray or lost animals because of the Katrina disaster -- and my friend is considering taking him, if I can get her a good deal on a neuter)

Anyway.. back to the dogs.

This morning there were tootsie roll treats.. and Ollie found them QUICK! Then Weezy was like, HEY what about me?! Well I cleaned the box put some more litter in and then put it back on the bathroom floor. Louise quickly jumped over there and starting eating the LITTER. Silly Weezy.. that's not the real litter box treat.

They are very intriqued by the cat, although the kitten is not too crazy about them. Louise has been swatted about 3 or 4 times and yelped now.. but it doesn't stop her from doing the border collie stare at him -- waiting for him to just move or do something. Ollie is terrified of the cat, just from the hissing alone. Might resemble a citronella collar, perhaps?? LOL.

Anyway.. fun day's at Brooke's zoo.

Here's the pic of the kitten.

I LOVE ORANGE CATS! As I have already told you. lol. He is very cute!

As for the litter thing, well, I only had to tell Faith "DON"T YOU EVER DO THAT AGAIN!" once. I was so furious with her, and thanfully caught her in the act. She hasn't touched it in months, lol.

Kitty Krunchies is what i call them.

Jenna use to eat the litter in our cats boxes all the time. She would sneak away and go to the litter box, thinking no one would know. LOL!! Yeah right ! She would come out and up to use with litter stuck to her nose ! Ewwwwwww.

She finally stopped and doesn't do that anymore.

Ewww, cute kitten though. We just have problems with Buster eating the cat food and the cats eating the dog food.
