Some pictures to share....
Hi everyone - here are a few pictures I just took. I am new to this forum so I am not sure if I am mesing up the attachments. But if it works right you should be able to see Lucy, her big belly and her Whelping box I built her.

Oh yeah...the kids have been "decorating" Lucy's Whelping Box. They are now using crayons on the inside :-)

She's 50% yellow lab and 50% golden and I breed her with a pure yellow. She really is a beautiful pup.....just sort of lost her girlish figure the past couple of months :-)
The box was built after a few pictures I saw on the internet - the heat lamp is on a swivel and is also height adjustable. I had run it for a day this past weekend with a thermometer in the box (suggested via this site) and at the current height it maintained 99 degrees in the box. I plan to swivel it to a side whilst momma is in the box so not to over heat her.

She looks great! Such a pretty girl! I'm sure her babies will be adorable, I can't wait to see pictures!
