mouth sores?
About a week ago I noticed a little red spot right under Indy's mouth. At first I figured it was just a cut since he's always chewing on something but it hasn't gone away. It looks like it may have spread a little bit and it's more grey than pink at this point. I was wondering if anyone had any input as far as if I should try ointment I have from cuts he's had, wait it out, or take him to the vet. I taking some pics of it but they didn't come out all that great. Thanks!

is it on the inside or outside of his mouth?? how old is he? what breed?
it looks like puppy acne to me..malakai gets it too now and then...
